Shipping policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please contact customer support at autosock@mcgeecompany.com for expedited shipping at additional costs.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Option: FedEx ground.
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days
Shipment cost: $20.00 unless expedited or delivery with signature required
Delivery with signature required cost: $28.00
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur and McGee Company/AutoSock is only responsible for getting product processed within 2-3 days.
WE DO NOT Ship to P.O. boxes!
For all orders with a shipping destination within Colorado, the Colorado retail delivery fee (RDF) applies. The $0.29 retail delivery fee applies to all deliveries containing at least one taxable item to a location in Colorado.
SHIPMENT DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to any public street address in the 48 continental states. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. In rare cases where the delivery company is not able to complete a delivery due to accessibility, we will attempt to notify you and help arrange for you to pick up the order at the carrier's nearest terminal. Orders may be held for reasons including, but not limited to, inaccessible destination address, incorrect contact information or an insufficient address. You will be responsible for any storage costs, redelivery charges or other fees that may result from holding the order at the terminal.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
You are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for any packages that are Damaged, Lost or Stolen. If you received your product damaged or your order was lost during shipping, please contact customer support at autosock@mcgeecompany.com
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
At this time, we are unable to ship online orders internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii online. If you have a freight forwarder, we can assist you with shipping to that address. Please contact Customer Service to check availability for these arrangements.
